The Warrior Fund is a community-supported initiative operated by Full Stop Brand Studio, doing business as Full Stop Brands (“we,” “us,” “our”).

The Warrior Fund is not a charity, nonprofit organization, or registered foundation. It is a goodwill-based support initiative funded voluntarily by the community and overseen by Full Stop Brands.

1. What the Warrior Fund Is

The Warrior Fund is a voluntary, community-driven support program created to assist individuals (“warriors”) and families facing medical challenges with practical, comfort-based items. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Heating pads

• Comfort items for children entering surgery

• Recovery supports (such as pillows, neck supports, shower/bath aids)

• Family comfort items

• Awareness-related support items

• Future initiatives such as hospital blankets or community-based awareness projects

The purpose of the Warrior Fund is to provide practical, non-medical assistance intended to increase comfort and emotional support during difficult experiences.

The Warrior Fund is not a medical program, health service, financial relief fund, emergency response program, or substitute for professional medical care.

2. Nature of Contributions

All amounts contributed to the Warrior Fund through the checkout experience or Warrior Fund product listing are considered voluntary support payments, not charitable donations.

Because the Warrior Fund is not a registered charity:

• Contributions are not tax-deductible

• No charitable tax receipts will be issued

• Contributions do not create a donor–charity or fiduciary relationship

• Contributions are made with the understanding that they will be used at the discretion of Full Stop Brands for the general purposes of the Warrior Fund

Contributors should not expect refunds, returns, or financial reporting.

3. How Warrior Fund Contributions Are Managed

To maintain responsible handling and transparency:

• Warrior Fund contributions are deposited into a separate account used solely for Warrior Fund-related expenses

• A record of purchases, expenses, and distributions is maintained internally

• The only deductions are standard payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe POS fees)

• No one receives wages, commissions, or personal compensation from the Warrior Fund

All support is provided on a best-effort basis, depending on available funds, product availability, and current community needs.

4. Decision-Making and Use of Funds

Full Stop Brands maintains full control over:

• When and how Warrior Fund support is distributed

• What items are purchased

• How inventory or comfort items are allocated

• Which needs can be addressed
  

The Warrior Fund does not guarantee support for all requests. Support is provided based on

• Available funds

• Item availability

• Severity, urgency, or time sensitivity

• The nature of the request

Ambassadors do not approve, distribute, or manage funds.
They may assist by identifying needs or communicating time-sensitive situations to Full Stop Brands but have no financial authority.

5. Eligibility and Limitations

Submission of a Warrior Fund request does not guarantee support.
At this time:

• Support is limited to comfort-based items

• Direct cash payments are not provided

• Medical bills, travel costs, and financial reimbursements are not covered

• We do not purchase prescription medical devices, medications, or regulated items

The Warrior Fund does not make decisions based on medical diagnosis or severity and does not provide medical assessments.

6. Future Direction of the Warrior Fund

Full Stop Brands may explore the possibility of incorporating as a foundation or establishing a formal structure for the Warrior Fund in the future.
However:

• No legal steps have been taken at this time

• There is no guarantee of future charitable or nonprofit status

• Contributions today are not part of any charitable fundraising activity

The Warrior Fund does not provide medical advice.
Any items or support provided:

• Are not substitutes for professional medical care

• Deletes information upon request when legally permissible
